AGAIN... after another emergency A Plus Automotive stepped up and took our old car in, after breaking down in very busy intersection. BCAA 🥰 came to our rescue, towed our car to A Plus, a very plesent service advisor treated me like an old friend assuring me they have me back on the road in no time. As I went to their garage in the tow truck I had no way home, no problem they had a nice young lady drive me home. I got a call that afternoon telling me what went wrong and they would have me back on the road the next day. Which was true, the service was great as well as price. On a recommendation from a friend I chose A plus for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. They scheduled me for the next day & it was completed promptly. I’m glad my friend referred me & I would definitely return should I need future work.

They own their name. Came in to do an inspection for a car brought into BC from ON. They got it all done in a day, had all the parts, friendly service with great communication. They also got me in on a day’s notice — made a complex process seem very simple, and they were kind about it. The car runs great. Would definitely recommend.

Had a truck brought in for a Pre-purchase inspection and I was impressed with the service. Andrew is professional and cares good communication. Jan was thorough on the inspection, listing everything that was needed to be done. The best part is that they include pictures and videos of the issues rather than just hoping the customer trusts their word. You should absolutely trust these guys! Thanks fellas
