A plus Auto has exceptional service standards and the staff is very courteous and friendly. The diagnostic I received for the check engine light was a bit on the pricier side though.

Made a last minute appointment with them for an out of province inspection. They were able to accommodate my timeline even though they were extremely busy. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend!

Have consistently gone over and above to get me back on the road when I've been in a jam with a tight work schedule . Never pushy and always friendly . keep me informed ahead of time on things that Will need future attention. Not a very trusting guy by nature but they have done excellent work for me for years now

Exrtremely happy and totally impressed !! We were on our way back to Edmonton after our holiday in Kelowna and discovered that one of the brakes on our tent trailer had its clip and adjuster come off inside the brake drum. After stopping at a few rv dealers with no help given we came across A Plus Automotive to ask for assistance and possibly repair the 30 minute procedure so we could safely drive home and was extremely happy and totally impressed with the assistance they provided by getting us in right away and fixing our problem. Thank you so very much to all the staff at A Plus Automotuve for helping our family get home safely. We drove to Kelowna for business reasons. Our van over heated. The rad hose blew a hole in it. We were stranded in the middle of an intersection. Eventually we made it to Canadian Tire service garage. They had no interest in helping us out Even when we told them that we were out of town, they didn't care. When we called A Plus they were nothing but helpful!! In two hours they had us back on the road. They took us in even though they were busy I highly recommend you take all your auto concerns to them and don't leave you cars with Canadian Tire, they just want your money A Plus, YOUR THE BEST!! THANK YOU

Typically people only take time to write negative reviews, but this one is definitely a positive! Super friendly staff (Jolene is a sweet heart!) and I LOVE that they have real cream for the coffee! Not that coffee mate garbage. Thank you for being informative on my services. Keep up the great work!
