Colin and his team definately went the extra mile when I was under the gun and did a commercial inspection and repairs on short notice. They treated me honestly and fairly. Prompt, friendly service and fair prices. I really appreciated being able to receive an electronic version of my car report via text message and email. I've been to several automotive mechanics and shops since moving to Kelowna, and none have come close to the caliber of customer service that I received at A Plus.

Colin the manager was extremely rude to my wife over the phone (anger issues). These guys will make up unnecessary work to be done on your vehicle to gouge the hell out of your wallet. No honesty, integrity or decency. Plenty of better places to go in this city. I imagine all the positive reviews are BS ones from the owners because I can't imagine how anyone could give a decent review of this place.

We are really sorry to read you and your wife had a bad experience at our store. We do not see your name in our system and are puzzled by the unnecessary work to be done on your vehicle.This is not how we normally treat our customers and we always strive to satisfy whenever is possible.
