I asked 3 questions about my car which I just wanted to grab some general information and know how much does it cost to fix the issue. But they charged me $200 diagnostic fees without telling me in advance. The whole process is like dropping my car into a black box and the car came out with a bill, definitely lacks some communication.

It was great service took my Subaru in to get service done and had a out come worked with my hours with my work called to give me updates on how thing were goin had it for the whole day I would take it back tjere for more to get done thank you erin jan and dennise
